Paul is very good at his job. He is personable and listens to what he customer's concern are. As this seems to be a no brainer, there are many who hear only what they want. Paul listens and resolved the issue. The headers were replace and now our car is good as BMW Gold!

- Debra Cusick, Munster, INThis dealership has recently been changed from the original, who basically ripped anyone off who entered their doors. When I took my car in for service, they would tell me there was nothing wrong with it. I spent so much time waiting for service that I could find my way around in the dark. They lost the dealership, and a new company has taken the spot.
I decided to give BMW of Schererville a try, and it is night and day. I give it a thumbs up and have already been assured that service on the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle I purchased today will be as good as the purchase experience was. I had to comment on this because I don't want those of you who had a bad experience at Levin to think it is still the same.
If you live near Schererville and have contemplated an out of the way purchase, just to make sure you get the service indicative of BMW, look no further.

- Stephen+Anne Gray, Chicago, ILWe drove to this dealership from Chicago because their on-line selection looked superior to anything else out there. In our case, we were looking for a pre-owned BMW in excellent shape with low miles. We were not disappointed. They had a solid selection.
And the customer service was outstanding! Our pre-visit telephone communications were great in terms of information and follow-through. When we arrived our Client Advisor, Tommy Coffaro, showed us not only the cars on-line we were interested in, but others that were competitively priced within the parameters we wanted. After our first visit we did our homework and went back to purchase a car that was perfect for us. Throughout this process our Client Advisor and every other employee we dealt with were exceptional.
It is clear to us that their mission is to provide outstanding customer service, and a wide selection of vehicles at competitive prices. What more could anyone want? To top it off, the dealership owner, Mike Gillespie, was present and available for any questions we had. He promised excellent customer service as we move forward with servicing our car, and in future purchasing another down the road. We will return!

- Kam9While I have been to several dealerships in my time from private dealers to retail, this is by far the best experience I've ever had. What an enjoy to have had to deal with all staff who made the experience worth while. Dealership is immaculate, well maintained, friendly and family-like culture. Even had the pleasure to meet the own during the last visit, he's like the rest of the staff, I dont know how this guy does it but he has hand picked a select group of individuals that make the experience a great one. I'm appreciative of everything each individual did for me, what a great tutorial and test drive with William, the overal deal and satisfaction by phone and email with Nichole and Chris who have great technical knowledge of the vehicles, and the wonderful execution and completion of the sale by Kim. These guys are very straight forward and honest, no haggle, they show that they care and go the extra mile to make their customers happy. This is my first BMW and I luv it. No matter how general or specific the questions posed, Kristy responds offering several possibilities, and she is always accurate and right on the mark.
Ms. Murphy is professional and friendly at all times. Her concern for the technicians to solve the problem is genuine. In addition, she makes every effort to provide a loaner when necessary. Kristy moves quickly as she performs her duties, and quite frankly, I don't see how she is able to maintain the pace at which she works.
I have every confidence in Ms. Murphy's ability and any recommendations she makes.
BMW of Schererville is fortunate to have such jewel.

We had most of the specs worked out before we arrived. We took a test drive and finished the paperwork onsite. We were in & out quickly. This is the second car that we have purchased from him. - Lisa Misner-Skozen, Munster, INWe took our 2006 BMW in for routine servicing. As usual, Kristin Murphy was there with a smile to greet us. She always explains everything fully, and we feel that she really takes wonderful care of us, and our car. Our service appointments are always great: we are welcomed warmly; our concerns are addressed; the environment is clean and professional; and, our vehicle is promptly and properly serviced.
We previously had a 2003 BMW, which was a wonderful car. We could not have had a better experience with that car. In 2006, we bought another, since our experiences with BMW, our salesman and the service department were so positive.
And then Chris Hardaway introduced us to our newest car: a BMW convertible with a retractable hard-top. Chris has sold us the two prior vehicles, and certainly knows what we like. He is a sweet and pleasant person, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He actually makes the process of buying a car a positive experience. We cannot speak more highly of him.
After the purchase, we dealt with William, who explained the features of the vehicle. He was very amiable and thorough, offering to come out to our home just to sync the garage door opener. Even though we have had two prior BMW’s, it was nice to hear all the new and different features of this vehicle, and get that refresher course.
All in all, this dealership exemplifies excellence from start to finish. In fact, on a scale of 1 to 5, we would rate all three people (Chris Hardaway, William Laboy and Kristin Murphy) and this dealership with a 10! Simply wonderful!

We currently own our third X5, and wouldn't think of taking it anywhere else for service, or any other problem. Kristy Murphy, our personal service associate, makes it her business to have our car picked up from our condo garage, she arranges to leave a loaner, and then has our car delivered upon it's completion of service. So, in essence, we never have to go back to the dealership, and, living in downtown Chicago, this is a HUGE convenience to us. They have also been trying very hard to give us the BEST possible deal on a new X5, but we are not quite ready for one.......YET!
These are the reasons we love Schereville BMW.

The entire BMW of Schererville Team contributed to making my new car purchase very enjoyable. Ordinarily, buying a car is slightly more pleasurable than a tooth extraction. But, this transaction was a dream. The exceptional level of service did not end when I exited the showroom. As it happened, I needed some follow-up help to address some insurance and registration issues. The team was incredibly quick to help.
I really could not ask more from a dealership.

When it came to trying to finalize a deal at both places; the Lexus and Cadillac dealers began playing the 'typical car buying games.' So, I chose to re-open my search and called BMW and spoke to Rachel Rubino-Palango on a Friday afternoon. She was extremely accommodating over the phone, arranged for me to come in within an hour, and patiently showed me the entire BMW line up.
